yes very very true indeed
im that confident im frantically trying to secure a margin loan for around one million to put into a few stocks wpl the main one but also looking at S32, BOQ and westpac which i think are still lagging the market, decent upside in all 4 in my view and at thsese prices you lock in a near 7-10% div yield on them when they return to pre covid divs, absolute no brainer in my view. But like you say some people just cant see it or are just too scared.
so tempted to use interactive brokers over say westpac or commsec, their rate is like 1% which is just almost free money but im just concerned about the safety of my funds being an overseas broking firm??? anyone currently using interactive broking margin loan products
