As someone stated on here earlier, 0.285 was an artificial low for the day due to late sizable parcels being sold off at the last minbute.
I believe the 0.295 gap has been filled, and that the stock will 'gap up' and open at 0.305 at least on Monday morning.
Bar any catastrophes over the weekend. Dow down 700, a world war (you get the jist)
