Yeah fair comment, the rocket is still getting some maintenance done I hear.
Look at the chart and you can see that this is driven by information though.
Whats your thought on a positive decision on Nov 8th?
Look at what created those gaps - decisions and thats what will push it back up higher.
All I can say is its a funny looking bloody chart at the moment and hardly worth the effort until Nov 8th.
