Another 15 working days left before the court hearing and decision. Lyc has been losing on average 1 to 2c per day since the Sept 26 court hearing. At this rate, by the time 8th Nov comes around the SP will probably be in the high 40's to low 50's.
So what would be the advantage of holding shares for at least the next 10 days? There may be a bit of a rise in the last week due to speculators but at the moment their is lots of negativity associated with the stock and the shorters are nibbling away at it, not to mention the decreasing basket price of REE's.
