TDA, if you read through my posts from way back you will notice that I often questioned whether LYC would actually trade that strongly after the TOL was issued. One learns to tread with caution when 'anticipated news' is released because it allows smart money to offload into private investor's hands very easily.
If LYC was going to smash through the $1 barrier as so many hoped for and expected, it should have done so already. Demand is strongest at the height of euphoria, and that point was on open yesterday as the first trades went through after the announcement. As demand falls, so does the chance of the stock rising.
Long story short, it's going to fall further imo.
