    - 60M of 160M total debt reduced
    - Zero repayments for next 4 years.
    - 5M cash in the kitty
    - 177Mt mineral resources which was around 147Mt in 2012
    - Enterprise value ~190M

    Given the factual information about this could easily be 6-Disallowed soon
