    Have to agree Suzette - this thing is primed to fall back into the low 4s or possibly back into the 3s. Watch the (down) shifting "support" levels; has been happening all day and previously lead to today's earlier fall from 5 to 4.5.

    Cap raising news imminent is my guess.
