You must understand the frustration this stock has caused most investors (gamblers) over time. I believe most people who bought under this price are happy to sell to make a quick buck or two and get the hell out.

Stability will return with more LT investors in time. I am actually glad to get rid of the sellers now rather than later when things are due.

This is also just an interim approval - nothing has been signed - so things may change.

I'm holding and have been holding since Jan, now I'm waiting till it surpasses my avg of .30c - once it clears this I will be out also. This stock has caused me so much grief and has set me back a long time.
