Hey all,

The following is a quote from NMS that was issued today. NMS was basically down on its knees with the vultures circling. Interesting that their board, even in those circumstances still says;

"The Company recently received an unsolicited, highly conditional indicative proposal for the
acquisition of the Company's issued capital via a scheme of arrangement. The indicative proposal
specified that the proposed transaction would be subject to a number of conditions and would also
have required the Company to agree to a suite of lock up provisions. The Board considered the
indicative proposal and came to the view that it would not be in the best interests of the Company's
shareholders to proceed with a transaction on the terms and in the structure which was specified in
the indicative proposal."

All strength to the NMS board, they show some 'you no what'..shame our lads can't do the same.
