Its been a long time between drinks.

DVM has spent quite a while in the doghouse after their last deal got put on the shelf for 12 months as PetroChina moved a one year moratorium on joint ventures.

This explains why PetroChina didn'r (and couldn't) complain when DVM repatriated the vast majority of their committed funding.

The twelve months is very nearly up but I hear that the DVM directors havene't been letting the grass grow beneath their feet.

Looking forward to some news of executive appointments and potentially a new deal closer to home.

Chart looks simply irresistable. But I also expect some selling to stop a speeding ticket in the near future would be expected. A chance to hop aboard? Time will tell.
