Just a gentle reminder re technical analysis. While extremely valid, it is only ever a study in probabilities gained from previous price action, never a prediction of future price in my humble opinion. The lemmings will jump when spooked, and the buyers will scramble aboard when the smell of greed is in the air. In short, the market and PRR will do what it will do! Further, I love the PRR Hotcopper posts and read them every day. My rhetorical question is; Does any of the Down / Up ramping really affect the daily PRR price?
