Even if T/O offer at 2.5, the board needs to approve.
Once we get LCY valuation, we will know what they value MT Bevan at, so a little hard for them to go below this on a price for HAW. If I was on board of HAW a 2.5 cent T/O would be ridicoulous, it would be rejected by all including Shareholders. LCY only own 18%.
A T/O would need to be min 10 cents I would say, taking in calculation for GOLD - 5.7 cents and then HAW's 40% of MT Bevan.
