My guess is that the Garden Island money will come from the WA grant and REDP (there is no proclusion of using one to pay for the other from my understanding). The only problem is that the REDP grant may need to be used for a single project I think. I would be happy to see a cap raising for the Garden Island 5MW and keep this one generating cash for CWE.
Then we can move on to the vic site (more govt help) and use the Investec JV facility + REDP.
Once that is on the agenda the world is really our oyster and I really believe that significant interest will come from both Aus and International parties (least of all the US)

All of the above is likely a figment of my imagination by the way.
