God left Adam and Eve alone in the garden of eden but he didn't warn them about the snake. That is a historical inaccuracy. Instead he told them not to enter the small river running through the garden. Whilst He was away it became very hot and the 2 lovebirds cooled off in the small river. When God returned he was very angry: "Now we'll never get the smell off the fish" he said.
