..neighbour poisoned this peppercorn tree before we moved in after the tenant moved out....saved it by digging holes about a metre apart around the drip line and inside the drip line and approx every month for four months poured sugar into the holes and watered in ..coming good now.....before there was almost no leaves and they all were brown on the tips...
