CHM is a highly speculative stock which is now under 2 months from its court case.
I think it will keep running up until the case starts and then will dip. I also think it is all on spec this preice run as you are not seeing a massive movement in MMX.
The case is scheduled to run for 4 weeks and then the judge will disappear for a few months to review before making a decision.
The punters will get bored of this process and price I think will fall away and then will either fly or tank depending on the result.
What has also helped I think is the recent court decision and the quantum of damages awarded to the plaintiff. From what I can read I think there are quite a few parrallels in the two cases.
