Gardie I think you will find under the JV agreement between MMX and Mitsubishi is that Mitsubishi is in charge of the debt financing and not MMX. Once the BFS is completed Mitsubishi will pay MMX for their share of the assests and than their own contribution towards the project. Add again the government coin. I think in the end there will be little dillution to MMX. All depends on the final costs.
