It is the lesser of $1.72 OR the 5 day average, less 2.5%, of the 5days following closing of the offer. If that price happens to be $1.60 then that would obviously pi$$ off the so called sophisticated investors.Personally I would rather see the 5 day average at $1.95 based on fundamentals and not manipulation.
