Garlic prawns tapas:
In a pan fry the following in a little oil and butter:
500 gm shelled raw prawns.
Six cloves sliced garlic.
Two tablespoons chopped paisley.
Two teaspoons smoked paprika.
A pinch allspice.
A pinch clove.
A pinch cinnamon.
A pinch of cumin.
A few splashes sherry.
A few splashes light soy sauce.
½ teaspoon jerk paste (optional).
Undercook.
