The good quality industrial garnet price is range from US$100 to $240 in 2006 based on various research reports for HGO's copper-gold-garnet project. I guess garnet is out of picture in HGO.
The profitability is deeps on Capex and Opex. HDN has informed the market it will use the old Ta2O5 process plant. So the start up cost is minimum.
For Opex, I don't know it might be a standard HM separation process.
I don't think this is a company maker project, but at least could be a cash-flow positive one.
My money is still on the coal property. They have completed the drilling, now we are waiting for results.
The wet season is over, I guess the boys will be out in NT to find some yellowcake.
The Iron ore farm out is also very interesting.
