Interesting thread. I don't think Garrett is dumb. I am another unashamed Lib supporter. Never have and never will vote for any other party.

The guy wouldn't be so stupid as to make a serious comment like that and think it wouldn't get reported especially by Steve Price. Did you ever consider that he was perhaps making a sarcastic reference to the Labour line of JH's percieved string of broken promises ?

As for the fluff about Price, there is no conspiracy about his wife being an ex Lib staffer. If you listen to his programme he has never made a secret of the fact that his wife has worked for Joe Hockey for quite a while.

He has also never made a secret of the fact that he was done for DUI/PCA. For a while his adventures as a public transport customer and then a bike rider to and from work featured regularly on his programme.
