    Thanks Andy & Ghosty. I dont have arthritis badly yet. The purpose of the Omega3 is to try and ward off "Oldtimer's Disease" as much as I can.It has been proven conclusively that it works in that regard, and my short-term memory has started to suffer somewhat lately. I dont relish the thought of becoming a vegetable.......
