I share your frustration with the reporting on flow rates. I honestly believe it's like playing a game of poker at the moment. Coy's just don't want to show their hand to any opposition because of land aquistion.
The better the flow rates the higher the demand for acres and then the bigger the outlay for future purchases,and in reverse if flow rates are bad and they need to sell acres ?.
I think we can all expect this to continue for the next couple of years as the Niobrara starts to pick up pace, ??? thats my take anyway.
