Remember, Gary had written himself in a 9-figure payout if SGYP was sold for over $2B, and he held out for it (obviously hindsight shows he didn't get that $2B sale). But he wanted the fast money (who wouldn't .... he is now over 70), and having missed out on the mega SGYP sale, he wants it even more.
And our current U.S. market cap is about $28M, so, yea, this company is easily acquirable at a nice multiplier of the current valuation.
