This is directly affecting share holders present and pass not non holders,if any persons affected by this matter and wishes to take legal action that is their choose,if they want to vote against the management well that is their choose what ever path they wish to take is their opition not yours not mine or so on.

I learned something in my life as i got older if you dont let go of the pass you will never enjoy the future.
