In my opinion PDY are now an embaressment the WA govt, Chinese Govt or even a Chinese laundry in Beyging are not going to give them the time of day. The Chinese were part of the group who paid or the Original Yilgan IP so they are unlikely going to want to purchase the IP they already have .
