I guess the captain maybe doesnt want the people to dive in the ice cold water and die for sure when maybe the ship wont sink.
Maybe everything its not what it seems at first until you look deeper.

As i said if you dont hold and by the sounds never will i guess there will be no loss or gain with PDY and that is purely a individual decision.

But maybe you are not qualfied to give any advice in regards to others investments.
