Looking at the project from a bigger perspective, this is what GWR required. NO BINGO!!! I mean No merger.
In many people's opinion FAS is overvalued to the hilt. Why on earth would anyone be paying the current SP without speculation on a merger with GWR?
GWR did not deserve a parasite like FAS to suck value out of it. Now we have lots of cash to forward our highly profitable project. I will be applying for shares at $1.85 also.
To raise large funds, companies simply have to have a placement discounted to the market price. It's great to see that they could raise serious funds so quickly and just confirms how great our project is.
I do feel sorry for people buying into FAS and I hope the culprit doesn't sleep tonight after sucking so many people into it with false and misleading overoptimism.
