cpecan, I belive that WPL is trying to suffocate HDR by witholding information from the market. In 4 months time they will hit HDR with a big capex bill for the 03 production/exploration budget. This will stretch HDRs resources. WPL will then play the white knight with a freindly takeover. We'll get $1.50-$2.00 a share but most of the upside will go to WPL, who will then have an incentive to start talking up the field.
