Wow! thanks pe981 - its a lawyers paradice! Given all the sensitivity around energy/gas with regard to keeping the lights on and retaining manufacturing jobs...there should be an overriding National Interest Case.
Maybe this is something that a State or Federal leader can fix?....ie. South Aust. leader JayW - deciding to build it own Gas fired Power station and MalcomT with SnowyHydro 2.0..and also with the gas exporting restrictions for the Curtis Island LNG
