If your existing gas cook top, or oven, or your Rinnai gas heater break down, you won't be able to buy a like for like replacement.
So you'll only be able to buy an electric one. This needs an electrican to install a cable, circuit breakers and power points.
Think about old ladies living on a pension. Great expense and can't afford it.
Already you can't sell a house unless it has circuit breaker safety switches in the meter box.
