Helio, I don't know how you connect your comments to my post. My comment had zero to do with Russian sanctions or the war in Ukraine. It was about how piss weak the main Conservative Parties have become and the utter determination by the Socialist Parties to destroy our ability to produce affordable energy. Labor and the Greens (predominantly) have created an investment environment where fossil fuel based energy producers see no future or return on investment in relation to upgrading or maintaining their power stations. It is cheaper just to close them down. As a direct consequence there is an energy supply/demand imbalance. We have a growing demand and a shrinking supply of (dispatchable) energy. It has F__k all to do with Ukraine, this is just the cover story that the Socialists use to blur the truth. It has everything to do about shutting down fossil fuel production/energy supply domestically.
