With the projects we have in the pipeline, I wouldn't be surprised (actually I believe inevitable) to see us T.O Mel within 12 months and create more wealth to optimise our assets.
It would also help make things easier to control if a larger fish comes knocking (unlike the soap opera in the PB at the moment) Anyway just my thoughts...
