LKO is a disaster. It wouldn't surprise me if they're forced to do a consolidation and then cap raise to keep the lights on, giving us an opportunity 12-24 months later to take it all.
Between MEL and LKO it does feel like VEN does all the work and they take the upside. If I was Reg I'd be getting upset.
