The country needs enough gas to fill all LNG export obligations and then further production nationwide to provide gas to local industry. The production and transport costs should be such that sufficient gas can be delivered to the east coast at lower than global LNG prices to fix their mistake of jeopardising domestic manufacturers, jobs and energy users. This require major subsidies for transportation and investment in pipelines at a government level.
