one question however on volumes;
from July 2009 Newsletter :
"The Company has continued work on the appraisal of the Kakadu project in Yellowstone County, Montana. Elk owns 100% of the Hereford #1 well that was drilled in 1956 and tested over 46 million cubic feet of gas per day from the Lakota Sandstone at a depth of 2800 feet."
Note: it was 46 million cfpd, from only the Lakota.
It is now 10.3 mm cfpd combined. So what happened to the other 36 mm cfpd?
It was a huge number, which I queried at the time.
Anyone care to hypothesise where the missing gas has gone?
