I have held ELK for almost 4 years and I am in it for the long term. It looks like it is finally happening. The big one is the chemical flood, especially with $78 oil the economics are now so strong. I'll update my NPV calculations and post them in the next day or so. The FID may be released any time from here and even if you value the oil at $6 that equates to $1 ps for ELK.
Don't forget the upper sands at Grieve and Ash Creek (if we retain 100%) will also add considerable value to ELK.
