General apathy and uncertainty of what HGO will do with the ESG asset. Once there is some certainty on the copper mine (need mining approval & partner with cash), I think you will see SP link more closely with the ESG investment as it did a year or so ago. If you are bullish on ESG then this is a pretty good bet as well. From current SP probably more upside potential than ESG with more risk of course
