And please try to complete your sentances as you have merged two into on a couple of times which has me not understanding you. Not trying to flame, im trying to understand you...

For example this needs preening:

Huh?

The most baffling part of the post has no real message and what is it in response to? Bearing in mind that you were responding to Fatboys own post, not mine:

"If lautrec persued mae TODAY as he has screamed so often he would fall flat on his face.I just did not want the MARKET to hear that litigation was forthcomming as that would have had a huge impact on sp at that stage.But things are changing and the pace of change will be the reciprical of what we have endured to date.When things move it will be fast.So if lautrec believes he still has a case,my opinion is still don't as you will be quickly dismissed".
