Definately wiser to follow the money once tangible results form but imo not unwise to suggest it is starting.
imo,mae is like restumping it's foundations to solidify its base.

I simply consider it encouraging that in the face of all adversity,mae can still get the funds and it's now been extended.
Now what is it that convinced the banks to do.Some say equity,I say positive feed back from independant reports and our experienced JS.
