Someone could make a take over bid for MAE at 20cents, the question is who would make a bid likely no one at this stage and would the majoirty of holders take it? maybe.
Either way my personal opinion is that they is no buyer for the company in its current state, they failed to attract buyers before and really nothing material has changed in producction since then.
