    ICN just announced huge gas deal with Chinese.
    deal is for 2mtpa LNG out of Gladstone.
    ICN does not have any certifed reserves yet, so will need to buy gas from other parties.

    MOS is about to engage in new fraccing and drilling program.

    if we get new gas flows, as they claim they will, then why can't MOS supply gas to LNG plant?????
