COI gas is stranded - the pipeline to the Southern states runs at full capacity and there's insufficient storage to store more gas "off peak". So, if STO doesn't develop and export COI's gas then will it remain in the ground till GOK ? While gas users are waiting for lower prices, "greens" and other anti-gas people remain steadfastly opposed to current gas let alone more domestic extraction, and believe that gas will be fazed out over the next 1 to 2 decades, so why would big players invest in economic fantasy land ?
