    Yes there was gas and OIL in the Leadville (inferred in ann, missed by most) above the water, but when the DST was done the water, under huge pressure, inundated the well rendering that particular level of leadville uncommercial.

    That's the reason they are drilling 1.6k up-dip to intersect Leadville on the next well. Now THAT will be interesting!
