My take is that there is very limited deliverability potential on a very small piece of acreage. I don't see how EEG can drill an economically competitive well when the lands are on the margin and hold far less gas and lack the overburden to frac reasonably.
Never mind not owning any infrastructure or having any preferential access agreements. It's a poker game not a sprint.
