Latest Top 20's suggest more than 'a few' are upbeat about NEO .... not many on this site tho LOL , still plenty of risks , but you cant deny they have bought into some seriously exciting ground at prices that would never be achieved today . Occidental (OXY) have recently decided to re-focus on 'non-conventional' oil plays in the Lower 48 , and I suspect other US oil majors will do the same (this only a year or so after the like of Chevron sold-off many of these types of plays LOL).
And I suspect Steven Graves has other acreages in his sights , possibly explaining the 'dithering' at SELH.
