One of my criteria is for the directors to hold a significant parcel of shares so their interests are highly aligned with mine.

I can't fathom the rollover by management unless there is a last minute technical glitch that we don't know about (uninformed market) or there is a back room deal.

Confused, disappointed and angry but will stay the course till ESG is taken over.

Sad. I will not invest in any company associated with current ESG again. To do so is just too risky in my opinion.
