Gas or Charcoal BBQ Smoker for meat ?

    I'm hearing that Gas is easier to use, but Charcoal is more authentic flavour on meats.....

    Any comments one way or the other before I commit....

    Also what model smokers have you got.....

    Offset or non offset too....
