Ok this is what I know and what i've read between the lines.

TSV will be in this for the next 3 wells (paid for bt TSV, ALCOA and Latent Petroleum) at this stage of the game TSV will be producing gas and lots of it to the WA market.

1: They will have a proven resource.
2: They will have a valuable asset (which maybe worth even more in future gas prices).
3: An asset that they don't have to spend anymore on (by this I mean no one is going to make them spend if they don't want to) while they are still making profit.
4: TSV will therefore most likely sell their stake to ALCOA or someone else.....or be free carried for a smaller %.
5: they will take aloan from a major bank.

3 & 4 is what I've heard on the grapevine and if 5 happens then great. Either way TSV will have 10% stake in a gas field it's up to them what they do with that 10%.

that's why im in, good solid value.
