Assuming that this was announced initially in February 2003, I think i understand your projection - you say that TSV should be free-carried for a perio of 3yrs, to say 2012? Thanks for that. So 3 yrs for a lot of things to happen in the meantime...flow rates etc and perhaps some more infrastructure spending from Alcoa wuld be goo things o twatch then to indicate our longevity in this play.

Thanks for that ann. I had read that one and now i am paying attention to the date of the announcemtn - Feb 2009.
So do you know if this ann was the first to make this statment? If thats the case, i agree that we would have up to 3 yrs freecarry (I beleive 18mths for good reserves that are being keenly improved) and if everything is appearing profitable we could go much longer.
In the case of profitability, TSV would surely borrow with a bank (proabably foreign at this time) against their reserve value, or at least i would think.
